Laurie A. Cerny has owned horses for more than 35 years and shows open, AQHA, and Ranch Horse Association approved shows. She is the author of Horsin’ Around The USA Guide To Marketing & Promoting Your Horse Business and has over 20 years experience in the horse industry as a journalist and communication professional. Cerny is a member of American Horse Publications, American Quarter Horse Association, Ranch Horse Association of Michigan, and the International and the Michigan Ranch Horse Association. She holds a masters degree in English and teaches writing and journalism at the university level. She lives on a horse farm in southwest Michigan.
