About the author

Loredana Estera Raak, the author of the novel 'In His Hands', was born in 1983, in a difficult period, marked by the harsh communist regime. Her childhood, spent in a time of social hardship and material deprivation, had a profound impact on her formative years, instilling in her a desire to bring comfort to those in distress.

Determined to turn this calling into a concrete mission, Loredana chose to broaden her studies, graduating from the Faculty of Psychology at Spiru Haret University in Bucharest in 2009. Her belief that every person needs emotional support and real help in difficult times guided her towards active community involvement. Thus, over the years, she has dedicated herself to working with orphans in Romania and Estonia, contributing her time and resources to give disadvantaged children a better future.

Along her charitable journey, Loredana came across a remarkable story that deeply inspired her and gave her the impetus to write the novel 'In His Hands'. This book was created with the intention of offering hope and encouragement to families facing financial and emotional difficulties, emphasizing that love and faith can transform lives.

Her constant involvement has also extended to volunteering in various projects for disadvantaged young people and help centers. In parallel, for seven years, she discovered her talent as a wedding planner, helping to create events full of harmony and beauty for loved ones.
