Lotfi Tadj is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Decision Sciences at Faileigh Dickinson University, Vancouver, BC, Canada. He earned a Ph.D. in Operations Research at Florida Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics at Carnegie-Mellon University. His research interests include queueing theory, inventory theory, optimal control theory, reliability theory and statistical inference.
Ajay K. Garg is an Assistant Professor in the Petrocelli College of Continuing Studies, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Vancouver. He earned his Ph.D. in Quality Decision Making and Operations Management and his MBA in Operations Management and International Business. His research interests include quality, stress and time management in the fields of small scale, handicraft and cottage industries. His textbook, Production and Operations Management, was published by McGraw Hill Education in 2011 and reprinted four times. He got one more book on Qualityin Handicraft Sector was published in 2012 was published by ReadWorthy Publications.
