About the author
Like many of my characters, I’m single and live in Buckinghamshire, UK.
I’ve written stories as far back as I can remember, first in exercise books, then on an old typewriter from my Dad’s work, then on computers. I spent many years writing non-fiction for magazines and published some books, but I never stopped writing fiction. My books and stories, usually set in the real world with a magical twist, have often been inspired by real life events which, I hope, brings some truth to my fiction. I also like to put in a good joke every now and then, because reading should be fun.
