Origin of the alphabet; number line, computer is the same place. There isn't a calendar without a programmer; different ones in society are for companies to supply basic utilities; motor vehicles, food clothes & shelter. Computer programs give the answers to outstanding questions; humans do not. They also drive all artificial moving objects; humans do not. One program designs all the building and a different one does cars; the program includes after they are built schedules for them and us. Twice Bitten by Lynsay Sands Genres: Adult, Mystery, Paranormal, Romance, Suspense 4.5 stars A few spots that were either slow or repetitive. Not many, and not enough to interfere with the enjoyment of the story. But, enough I noticed and felt the need to mention them. I don't remember seeing any typo's, etc. This one is loaded with a few mysteries and they all get tangled together to make it more difficult for the Rogue Hunters to unravel. Elspeth is slap dab in the middle of it all and trying to avoid her mother's surprise visit at the same time. Talk about 'When it rains, it pours!" Fast paced suspense. Loads of action (including the steamy parts). Plenty of humor. "Yeah, that life mate sex is a killer. I mean, none of us intended to ruin the holidays we told you guys about. You just intend to give your loved one a quick kiss in passing and kapow!" Sam said on a sigh." Someone is trying to kill Elspeth. Could it be her mother? Really? Is her Mother that nuts? As some of the answers to the mysteries involved in this story unfolds Elspeth has to really give this some serious thought. And you, as the reader, will wonder about it right along with her. Cause, I am telling you right now, her mother, Martine, has some really super serious control issues. Some of the things Martine says and does makes you want to slap her into a reality check! As you can tell, I really enjoyed this one. The great thing about this series is how much it has grown and improved since the 1st book. I admit I was only mildly interested in the series after I read the 1st book. The 2nd was better than the 1st and so on. It was book #3 that really got me really interested in the series, but I think it was book #6 that really got me hooked, line and sinker. A series very worth following and 'sinking your teeth into'. Yummy!

I have always liked the Immortal series. There has been only one that I just liked, the rest I have liked a lot, loved, and now loved a lot. Twice Bitten is now my favorite in this series. Love El and Wyatt! Merry is charming, and it was good to see some of my other favorites pop up in this story! I am already excited to see what comes next. Keep writing Lynsay Sands. You are GREAT!
