Marc Amstutz (Prof. Dr. jur.) lehrt Handels- und Wirtschaftsrecht an der Universität Fribourg. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Rechtsphilosophie, Rechtstheorie und Rechtssoziologie.
Andreas Fischer-Lescano (Prof. Dr. jur.) lehrt Öffentliches Recht, Europarecht und Völkerrecht an der Universität Bremen. Seine Forschungsschwerunkte sind Theorie und Soziologie des Rechts und die Transnationalisierung des Rechts.
