Marianne Kneuer is Professor for Political Science, Director of the Institute of Social Sciences and Co-founder of the Center for digital Change at the University of Hildesheim, Germany. Helen V. Milner is B.C. Forbes Professor of Politics and International Affairs at Princeton University as well as Director of the Niehaus Center for Globalization and Governance at Princeton’s Woodrow Wilson School, USA.
