Marion Wagner ist 48 Jahre alt und lebt mit ihrem Ehemann, einem Kind und zwei Katzen in der niederbayerischen Gemeinde Thyrnau, nahe der Dreiflüssestadt Passau. Ihren Beruf als Assistentin der Geschäftsleitung in einem Industriebetrieb übt sie neben ihrer schriftstellerischen Tätigkeit in Teilzeit aus. "Nestschubser" ist ihr zweiter Roman.
