About the author
Mark Lardas holds a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. An amateur historian and a long-time ship modeller, Mark Lardas has written extensively about modelling as well as naval, maritime, and military history.
Tony Bryan worked for a number of years in Military Research and Development, and has a keen interest in military hardware – armour, small arms, aircraft and ships. Tony has produced many illustrations for partworks, magazines and books.
Giuseppe Rava is a leading military history artist, and is inspired by the works of the great military artists, such as Detaille, Meissonier, Röchling, Lady Butler, Ottenfeld and Angus McBride.
