Er ist in Deutschland und Kalifornien als Anwalt zugelassen und war 15 Jahre Chefjustiziar internationaler Unternehmensgruppen, bei der er zahlreiche M&A-Transaktionen leitete. Ferner berät er als Anwalt sowohl Investoren als auch Targets in Buy & Build-Transaktionen. Er ist seit 2025 Mitarbeiter der Wirtschaftskanzlei trustberg in München, Berlin, Frankfurt und Hamburg.
