The information on HIIT training is good, yet the section on diet and food is very "old school" which has been scientificly proven to be ineffective for weight loss - Calories in vs calories out, calorie deficits, measuring and counting calories, eating carbs, etc. Bottom line for weight loss is ketogenic or carnivore diet without limitation, plus HIIT training.The author needs to update his research into dieting and weight loss.
