Aus der Vorauflage: Der Band behandelt das deutsche Strafverfahrensrecht, soweit es Gegenstand von Studium und erster juristischer Prüfung ist. Dabei wird das Strafverfahren in seinen Abschnitten dargestellt, wobei besondere Schwerpunkte auf dem Ermittlungs- und Hauptverfahren liegen. Vertieft eingegangen wird insbesondere auf die Rolle der Verfahrensbeteiligten, die strafprozessualen Zwangsmaßnahmen bzw. Grundrechtseingriffe und auf das Beweisrecht. Anhand von Beispielsfällen werden typische Fallkonstellationen in Strafprozessrechtsklausuren während des Studiums sowie in strafprozessualen Zusatzfragen in Examensklausuren vorgestellt.
About the author
Professor Dr. Martin Heger lehrt Strafrecht, Strafprozessrecht, europäisches Strafrecht und neuere Rechtsgeschichte an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Priv.-Doz. Dr. Erol Pohlreicht wurde an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin mit einer Arbeit zum Strafprozessrecht habilitiert und hat im Wintersemester 2018/19 eine Vertretungsprofessur an der Universität Hamburg inne.
