About the author

Dr Martin Olsen is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at East Tennessee State University where he served as residency program director for over twenty years. Prior to his board certification in Ob/Gyn, he was board certified in family medicine. He is also the co-editor of Challenging Office Cases in Ob/Gyn. Dr Olsen is the inventor of a simulation device and has participated in the education of colleagues around the world.

Dr Botros Rizk is Professor and Head of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and Medical and Scientific Director of USA In vitro fertilization and assisted reproduction at the University of South Alabama. Dr Rizk published twenty medical textbooks embracing different aspects of infertility and assisted reproduction, as well as, ultrasonography and robotic surgery. He is one of the early members of European Society for Human Reproduction and a founding member of Middle East Fertility Society. For several years he successfully chaired ASRM postgraduate courses on ART. Dr Rizk is President Elect of the Middle East Fertility Society.
