About the author

Matthias Bauer (Prof. Dr.), geb. 1962, studierte Germanistik, Publizistik und Geschichte und promovierte 1992, die Habilitation folgte 2001. Seit 2007 ist er Professor an der Europa-Universität Flensburg. Seine Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind Romantheorie und Erzählforschung, Filmanalyse, Diagrammatik und Szenografie sowie Kultursemiotik.

Christoph Ernst, PD Dr., lehrt Medienwissenschaft an der Universität Bonn.
