About the author

Michael A. Gatzoulis, MD PhD FACC FESC is Professor of Cardiology, Congenital Heart Disease, and Consultant Cardiologist at the Adult Congenital Heart Centre and Centre for Pulmonary Hypertension at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London. He is also affiliated with the National Heart and Lung Institute at the Imperial College in London

Margarita Brida is an Assistant Professor at the University of Rijeka and consultant cardiologist in Adult Congenital Heart Disease at the Royal Brompton Hospital. Dr Brida is a chairperson elect of the ESC Working Group on ACHD (2024-2026) and Associate Editor for ACHD in the European Heart Journal and Deputy Editor of International Journal of Cardiology Congenital Heart Disease.

Gary D. Webb is Editor-in-Chief, CHiP Network Editor Emeritus, ACHD Learning Center, Editor-in-Chief, Congenital Heart Disease Center of Excellence, Consulting Cardiologist for the Toronto Congenital Cardiac Centre for Adults, Toronto General Hospital Toronto, ON, Canada.
