Sie ermöglicht dank der identischen Gliederung der drei sprachlichen Teile den direkten Vergleich der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen. Besonders berücksichtigt wurde dabei die Entsendung zwischen beiden Ländern. Neben dem Arbeitsrecht wird auch das Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht behandelt.

This book summarizes the German and Chinese labour laws in German, English and Chinese language and shall give the reader a better understanding and facilitate the communication with international colleagues.
Due to the identically structured parts, the trilingual book shall allow a direct comparison of the legal framework, in particular the secondment of employees between the two countries. Apart from labour law, issues of social security and tax law are also discussed.

About the author

Michael Lorenz, Attorney-at-Law, gründete 1995 in Bangkok als erster deutschsprachiger Anwalt in Thailand die Kanzlei Lorenz & Partners. Seit 2006 ist er in auch Hongkong und seit 2011 in Vietnam als ausländischer Rechtsanwalt registriert. Seine Spezialgebiete sind gesellschaftsrechtliche und steuerrechtliche Fragestellungen sowie Investment-Förderungen in der Region.
Michael Lorenz, German Attorney-at-Law and Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong and Vietnam, was the first German-speaking lawyer in Thailand and founded the law firm Lorenz & Partners in Bangkok in 1995. Since 2006 and 2011 he is also registered as a foreign lawyer in Hong Kong and Vietnam respectively. His main practice areas are corporate and tax law as well as investment promotion in the region. Furthermore, he is co-publisher of the IStR.

Roland Falder ist Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht und Partner der arbeitsrechtlich ausgerichteten Kanzlei EMPLAWYERS Falder Walk Bertram PartmbB in München. Aufgrund mehrjähriger Tätigkeit in verschiedenen Ländern Asiens und seiner Tätigkeit im China Desk internationaler Großkanzleien verfügt Roland Falder über praktische Erfahrungen mit den Rechtsordnungen dieser Region.
Roland Falder is specialized lawyer for labour law in Germany and partner of the labour law firm EMPLAWYERS in Munich. Due to many years of work and experience in various Asian countries and due to his work in the China desk of major international law firms, Roland Falder has substantial practical experience in the legal systems of the region.
