This book series follows the adventures of some of the Star-born-e crews as they face the challenges of settling on alien planets, dealing with hostile life forms, and uncovering the secrets of their new home.

The third book, The Clones of Inanna tells of the story of the first ship to be launched. The crew of the Ninedini must adapt to the primitive conditions of their new home and survive attacks from hostile creatures while trying to fulfil their mission of colonizing the planet.
