Samantha no you don't have to buy these books. Any way I hated this book because it doesn't tell you what to do when your mad or sad or what ever. I still hated it but are you Samantha that I Karen know and that moved that knows emmy. Tell me in the comments Samantha please. Wait I have a tip off how to controll your anger or mad if you want to call it anger or mad anyways here is the tip ( first smile count to ten slowly and last work it out it means to slowly and commly and slowly fix it slowly ). There that's the tip yay bye Samantha ow tell me if you are Samantha that I Karen know and the one I know the one with a brother named Diego tell me bye bye bye bye bye
