She is currently an assistant professor of nutrition and public health at Cedar Crest College. With over twenty years of clinical experience, she has spent countless hours helping patients improve their health through dietary interventions and behavior change. Her main focus areas include women’s health, diabetes care, and gastrointestinal disorders.
