About the author
Mino Milani è nato a Pavia nel 1928, dove lavora come giornalista, storico e autore di romanzi per adulti e per ragazzi. È stato una delle colonne portanti della redazione del “Corriere dei Piccoli”, con il quale ha collaborato per ben ventiquattro anni a partire dal 1953, firmando numerosi romanzi - tra cui la saga di Tommy River - e una grande quantità di storie a fumetti. I suoi testi sono stati illustrati dai più importanti disegnatori italiani, tra cui Dino Battaglia, Milo Manara, Sergio Toppi e Hugo Pratt. Dagli anni Novanta si dedica alla scrittura di romanzi, saggi e biografie di argomento storico.
