About this ebook

A serious-minded lady’s marriage of convenience leads to unexpected passion with a playboy marquis in this scandalously steamy Regency romance.

Fiercely independent Minerva Montrose intends to marry a man whose political ambitions match her own. But her perfectly planned scheme is derailed when she finds herself in a compromising position with the hard-drinking Lord Blakeney. Now, to salvage their reputations, they must marry.

With determined pragmatism, Minerva resolves to mold Blakeney into the sort of man who can fulfill her expectations—both in Parliament and in bed! But she is about to learn there is more to her fiancé than his considerable good looks and his surprisingly seductive skills . . .

Loved this book, very witty and clearly a lot of research done about the character, Miranda will now be on my list of good authors.
