Formerly, a Lecturer in Hindi Literature from Ludhiana (Punjab), Mohan Bharti has been writing in Hindi and Punjabi both from his College days. In the early nineties, his poetry in Punjabi was published in ‘Jan Sahit’, the official magazine of the Language Department of Punjab. Besides, the writer has authored books in Hindi and English. He remained busy in his family obligations for the last two decades and literary activities were left behind and poetry took a backseat. The ‘Lockdown’ sparked his sensitivity, free time made to return to creativity, and the title of this book came as such, being a historic moment and relevant theme of the book. He is presently working as a Personal Assistant at Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana. He has written books in Hindi and English also, which are ‘Aagman’, ‘Mahanagar’, and ‘Dare to be True’.
