awesome storyline. But... I don't understand what publisher allowed someone who knows nothing about Australia to write so much about it. Even the start of each book "this book is written in Aussie" omg what an absolute m-ron😂🤦♀️ we are Aussie but we are in Australia and we don't write in "Aussie" we speak, write and read in the Queens English. I don't understand what moron allowed that. You can tell the writer doesn't speak English or definitely is not Aussie and has probably just visited here or new here or just googled every stereotypical Aussie thing and added it in there. I do enjoy the storyline though. Also at one point the writer or publisher forgot who they're talking about and mixes Pepper with her bestie in the car🤦♀️ they really should've gotten someone to proofread or at least play the book aloud and gotten a real Aussie that isn't biased to give feedback.

amateur-sleuth, animals, Australia, urban-fantasy, witches, supernatural, suspense***** Each of Morgana's series has its own merits and each book can easily stand alone, but if you are lucky enough to come across one you just want to find more! This one has Pepper mixed up in a murder and a mystery with only the Aunts and her cat to help unravel the peculiar murder and the other investigations. The writing keeps you turning pages, the humor keeps you snurfling, and the characters make you giggle inanely. The publisher's blurb gives hints and there is no need for spoilers, but that really is only a tease into the real enjoyment!
