Ang librong ito ay naglalaman ng bawat salitang patuloy na yayakap at tutulong sa paghilom ng mga pusong sugatan. You will find peace and love here. Marahil hindi pa umuusad yung iba, pero handa akong tulungan ka gamit ang mga salita na nakasaad dito. May pag-ibig, at sa pag-ibig ay hindi mawawala ang lungkot at pighati. Babaligtad ang mundo sa bawat reverse poetry na mayroong dalawang kahulugan. Ang mga istorya ay mag-aahon sa iyo sa kalungkutan. Hindi lahat may tugma, pero hindi ibigsabihin noon ay hindi na tayo magtatagpo. Parehas tayong pwede lumaya. Sa bawat pahina ng aklat na ito, nawa ay maramdaman mo ang iyong halaga. Sapagkat palagi mong tatandaan na hindi ka nag-iisa. Ang “TALA sa bawat ALAT ng buhay” ay magsisilbing kanlungan mo sa mga oras na binabalot ka ng lungkot. Ang bawat tulang nilalaman nito ay muling bubuo sa pagkatao mo. Matagpuan mo sana ang bawat kinang sa kabila ng bawat dilim.
Sa kabila ng bawat ALAT sa buhay, may TALA na kikinang upang bigyan ka ng pag-asa.
