Currently serving as the Corporate Head of Operations Process Excellence at Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Akash brings a wealth of expertise in driving quality initiatives, streamlining operations, and implementing cutting-edge technologies in healthcare. His leadership has been instrumental in achieving significant milestones, including leading Apollo Hospitals, Ahmedabad, to secure JCI accreditation three times (2016, 2019, 2022) with zero non-conformities in 2019. He has also audited over 35 hospitals for JCI/NABH compliance, ensuring adherence to global healthcare standards.
Akash's career is marked by a series of transformative initiatives, such as reducing patient waiting times, digitalizing patient education, and implementing advanced data analytics through the Electronic Quality Monitoring Program (eQMP).
