About this ebook

A shattering betrayal sends a mother on a desperate journey to save her daughter and uncover the truth in this heart-wrenching novel from an international bestselling author.

Abigail Samuels has no reason to feel anything but joy on the morning her life falls apart. The epitome of a successful Jewish American woman, she is married to a respected accountant and in the middle of planning her daughter Kayla's wedding. Kayla, too, wakes up that morning with the world in the palm of her hand. A bright, well-loved Harvard law student, she has never really questioned the charmed path she found herself on.

With shocking suddenness, their lives are smashed to pieces in unimaginable ways. When a heartbroken Kayla runs away to a desert commune run by a charismatic mystic, Abigail rushes to save her, only to find that there is nothing more whole than a broken heart. In her journey through the secrets of her family and faith, Abigail must confront searing questions of betrayal, healing, and the true meaning of love. Tenth Song is a powerful story of mothers and daughters, the unshakable bonds of family, and one woman's journey of self-discovery in the face of crisis.
