This book sells itself as a resource of herbal remedies. This is an absolute lie. It goes into great detail over 200 pages on the history of herbalism and symptoms of common ailments, then, about half the time, will list a few herbs which may provide relief, but gives no indication of amounts or mixtures to use. I'd like my 30 minutes back, but I'll settle for my money.
