Die Leitfrage "Optimierung schulischer Bildungsprozesse - What works?" adressiert ein zentrales Thema der Empirischen Bildungsforschung, nämlich die Nutzbarmachung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse für die schulische Bildungspraxis.
