The first time I read the book I was slightly disappointed, however I decided on a re-read and my verdict was WOW. This book is wonderful. To see a man go from being browbeaten and gain his physical and emotional strength. It is a wonderful book and I have read it umpteenth times. Each time I read it it gets better.

Not so much a thriller, that seemed secondary to Eli and Abra. Loved it despite that. I read too many thrillers anyway! !

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was an easy book to just immerse yourself into and not think. The plot was interesting and stimulating. I couldn't put the book down. Look forward to another great book from Nora Roberts.
