O.P. Dwivedi is professor emeritus in the Department of Political Science, University of Guelph. He has authored or edited more than thirty books including Global Environment Challenges (Broadview, 2008), From Bureaucracy to Public Management (Broadview, 1999), and Where Corruption Lives (Kumarian, 2001).
Tim A. Mau is assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Guelph.
Byron Sheldrick is chair of the Department of Political Science at the University of Guelph. He is the author of Perils and Possibilities: Social Activism and the Law (Fernwood, 2004) and co-editor of Canadian Politics: Democracy and Dissent (Pearson, 2006).
