About the author

Oli Jordan worked as an outdoor activity instructor around the world before devoting himself full time to East Of England Paddlesports, one of the UK's largest paddlesports groups. Andy Large is a Paddle UK Paddlesports instructor and the club's Safety Officer. Jessica Ashley is a Paddle UK SUP instructor and a #ShePaddles ambassador for Paddle UK, as well as being a keen sailor, wingfoiler and wild swimmer. Matt Payne is a Paddle UK SUP instructor, and the club's Safeguarding Officer.
