About the author
Oliver Meier is Associate at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP). He edited this volume while he was a Senior Researcher with the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg (IFSH) and International Representative of the Arms Control Association. He has published widely on issues of arms control and non-proliferation.
