Acerca do autor

Saint John Chrysostom (c. 347–407) was an important Early Church Father and Archbishop of Constantinople. Born in Antioch, his name, which means "golden-mouthed" in Greek, was given to him posthumously in recognition of his eloquence and powerful preaching. He was a prolific writer and orator, and his sermons, particularly those on the Bible, were highly influential. His outspoken critique of both clerical and imperial misconduct led to his exile and eventual death. Today, he is remembered as a prominent figure in Christian history whose theological and literary contributions continue to be studied.
