Patrick Raynal, né le 1er juillet 1946 à Paris, est écrivain, éditeur, scénariste et traducteur. Spécialiste du roman noir américain, il est l'auteur d'une vingtaine de romans policiers.Son dernier roman co-écrit avec J-B Pouy, Lord Gwynplaine, a paru aux éditions Albin Michel en 2018.
