Paz Estrella E. Tolentino is a Transnational Corporations Affairs Officer at the United Nations Centre on Transnational Corporations, New York. The initial research for this book emerged from a doctoral thesis prepared by the author at the University of Reading where the author received the 1989 Academy of International Business Richard N. Farmer prize for the best Ph.D dissertation on international business.
