In the heart of a lush rainforest, Penny the Parrota colorful, kind-hearted birdsets out on a journey to find her voice in time for the Jungle Jamboree, an annual celebration of creativity and community. With help from her encouraging friend Rico the Raccoon and the wise Professor Peck the Woodpecker, Penny learns that poetry is about expressing feelings, not perfection. As Penny faces self-doubt and wonder, her adventure becomes more than just about writingits about discovering courage, creativity, and the beauty of sharing ones true self.
