Astounding stories of answered prayer from the frontiers of contemporary faith.
For many Christians, prayer is an obligation that has little bearing on everyday life. But you were created to walk and talk with the living God. Prayer is the most natural, powerful, and universal expression of Christian faith.
The story of the 24-7 Prayer movement demonstrates in gripping detail how prayer is far more than an obligation and how God is far more interested in prayer than we are. Continuing to chronicle the life and extraordinary ministry of the 24-7 Prayer movement for a readership anxiously awaiting this title, Pete Greig tells story after story of God’s faithful interaction with human prayer to change lives and cultures.
This inspirational book:
Continues the adventures described in the memoir Red Moon Rising
Shares Pete’s struggles, miracles, and hard-won insights from the mission field
Presents true stories that will reenergize your prayer life and remind you of the power of the gospel
Dirty Glory will ignite fresh passion in your soul, inspiring you to pray and equipping you to convey God’s glory in a dirty world.

After racing half way through this book I am desperate to get home and finish it. Few books grip me like this one. Pete Grieg is down to earth and approachable. The topics covered are vital to us all. A must read! One minor point is I find the structure a little hard to follow but not worthy of deducting a Star.
