About this ebook

On May 2nd, under the leadership of the Ecumenical Patriarch and senior church officials, a synod convened to address the threat of sorcery and magic within the Christian community. The Patriarch, deeply devoted to nurturing piety and combating spiritual dangers, emphasized that piety is the foundation of all virtues and the defense against the adversary’s schemes. Despite the Church’s stability and care for its faithful, the enemy continues to spread heresies, false doctrines, and especially the pernicious influence of sorcery and magic. These practices corrupt believers, leading them away from orthodox faith into spiritual ruin. The Synod calls for vigilance and steadfastness in faith to resist such evils.
