Prof. Dr. Rhituraj Saikia is a highly respected academician and senior researcher affiliated with Eudoxia Research Centre, India. With extensive experience in interdisciplinary research and higher education leadership, he has made notable contributions to academic excellence and innovation in teaching methodologies. He is committed to fostering international collaboration, mentoring young scholars, and promoting ethical research practices. Dr. Saikia has presented and published research across national and international platforms, emphasizing quality education, research empowerment, and sustainable development. His vision aligns with the mission of Eudoxia to develop global research networks and strengthen intellectual capital for building a Viksit Bharat by 2040.
Prof. (Dr.) Charisma S. Ututalum is the dynamic and visionary President of Sulu State College in the Philippines. A multi-disciplinary academic leader, she holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing from Ateneo de Zamboanga University, as well as a Master in Public Administration and a Doctor of Education in Educational Management from Sulu State College. She further enhanced her leadership credentials with a Master in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management. Dr. Ututalum began her professional journey as Chief Nurse at the Sulu Sanitarium and later served as Dean of the College of Nursing at Western Mindanao State University. She also held the position of Vice President at Sulu State College before being appointed as its President in 2018, and reappointed in 2022 for a second term.
Under her leadership, Sulu State College has seen remarkable progress in academic offerings, infrastructure development, research initiatives, and peacebuilding efforts. Notably, she spearheaded the launch of the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management program, built a new nursing laboratory, and fostered collaborations with the Bangsamoro Ministry of Science and Technology and various academic institutions. She is also a published researcher, having studied public administrative accountability practices within the college. Recognized for her contributions to education and regional peace, she led the institution to receive the Peace Award in 2022. Guided by the core principles of integrity, professionalism, and excellence, Prof. Ututalum continues to drive Sulu State College toward its vision of inclusive and globally competitive education.
