As a career Paramedic (33 years) and a evolving energy worker (6 years) I found the layout a great building block primer and a great validator of the energy work I have done this far, allowing me to understand how the work I do actually works which helps my mental clarity of the flow of energy and improved the results. I will say it should be treated as a text book, not a casual read.
