Eine von mehreren Variablen zur Risikovermeidung bzw. -streuung ist der Zentralisierungsgrad eines Logistikunternehmens. Mit der Betrachtung dieser Variable soll Transparenz über die Chancen und Risiken der Zentralisation und Dezentralisation geschaffen werden.
