Questo saggio è il mio atto d’amore nei confronti di Wilhelm Reich, lo psichiatra allievo di Freud che ha “portato” il corpo nel setting analitico e che è stato dovunque perseguitato e calunniato, come spesso accade a quei geni che sono troppo avanti per il loro tempo.
Mi propongo di chiarire gli equivoci e le distorsioni del suo pensiero che sono state perpetrate a suo danno, documentando le mie affermazioni con accurate citazioni.
Le sue scoperte sulla sessualità e sull’energia orgonica ed il suo pensiero sociopolitico sono stati rivoluzionari ed è proprio su questi argomenti che è stato più attaccato e mal interpretato.
Spero di essere riuscito a rendergli giustizia.
