cute & full of fluff. we follow 2 newlywed men who have adopted a child. this book follows them through the trials of the fun and less fun parts of raising their son Hiro from newborn to 8 years old. Some of that is so true to life. You can see your own experiences in it. As he grows, they both grow in acceptance of how their family unit is different from what's classed as a normal family. But mostly, it's about the love they have for each other and their child, as just genetics dont make you a family. Love does too.
