Good book, my second time reading it. A great reminder that you don't need all the bells and whistles, just get out there and run!

I have the soft cover of this book. For me it was the kind of book that made me get up and moving. Shortly I'm about to do my first 4km run!

What a fantastic book. I've read so many books on self motivation to exercise and Ruth approaches it from a complete other angle! LOVE it! I had no motivation and I am now running. THANK YOU RUTH!
