Growing up, Pippi never believed she’d be running a boarding house one day—but she didn’t think she’d be tripping over dead bodies either. Now she’s juggling shiny secrets, shady suspects, and seniors with more sass than filter. Fortunately, she loves her boarders almost as much as she lurves her next door neighbor, Jack—her very own alpha male.
