She's all grown up and knows what she wants! Jenn has been in love with Doug for years, but he only sees a little girl. If she can't have him, she needs to stay away until she is over him. Doug cannot stop thinking about Jenn, but their eight-year age difference is too much. She needs someone her own age, not someone with such a painful past. Too bad his heart and body don’t agree. This is slow-burning passion with drama and danger. Steamy jungle scenes and a HEA.

I was nervous about this book. We’ve waited so long, there was danger of it being an anticlimax. I was SO wrong! Maybe it’s that we’re reeling from real life right now, but the tension and suspense in Jenn and Doug’s story was just right. And then the uncles’ reactions – even better. Doug was never going to get off scott-free, but the way he gave Jenn agency to deal with it was – well, perfect. I’m not including spoilers, but if you’re a Trident fan, please don’t skip this book.

Finally,Jenn's & Doug's Story! It's been a few years since the release of book 12 in this series. It was definitely worth the wait! I laughed, I cried, I rolled my eyes. It was touching. It was the story Jenn needed told. And Doug... you just want to smack him sometimes. While the story is about Jenn and Doug and their connection, we do get to see some of our favorite characters/members of the team. This is a stand-alone story in this book.
