About the author
John McFarland, a journalist for nearly twenty years, has covered sports and news for the Associated Press, the Dallas Morning News, and the Spokesman-Review, among other publications. He is the editor of Facing America’s Team: Players Recall the Glory Years of the Dallas Cowboys. McFarland is currently the director of the content and news department for a large nonprofit organization.
