I am one who suffers from chronic migraines. I have had them for over 20 years and it is a terrible road to walk on. Some days I can barely function and yet, welcome to the real world, I have to. I have read so many books like this one and finally I find the one that is a godsend. I find one of the most troubling issues of being in pain 24/7 is how most people just can not comprehend what my life is like. This book gave me inspiration and a lot of wonderful tips on living again. The exercises and steps are outstanding and empower me to make life normal. It is so well written and easy to understand and gave me hope again. Accepting the pain and focusing on not allowing it to run my life was a real eye opener for me. And for the first time in a very long time I see light at the end of the tunnel. The author did an incredible job putting this all together, thank you Sean for this amazing book. I strongly recommend this book to everyone. It can and will change your life.
