About the author

Sebastiaan Rothmann is Professor of Industrial Psychology and Director of the Optentia Research Unit at North-West University, Vanderbijlpark, South Africa. His research interest is the assessment and development of human potential and flourishing in institutions.

Cary L. Cooper is the 50th Anniversary Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at the ALLIANCE Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, President of the CIPD (professional body of 156,000 HR professionals), and Chair of the National Forum for Health and Wellbeing at Work (comprised of HR Directors and CMOs of 40 global organisations).
