Shastriji Maharaj, Shri Dharmajivandasji Swami started publishing house way back 67 years ago at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Rajkot and so, sectarian scriptures started publishing through Gurukul Organization. As a result, many small and big scriptures are published from time to time.
During Lord Swaminarayan's divine presence many NAND SAINTS, very affectionately, composed a numerous lyric: hymns & spiritual songs like Prabhatiyas, Aarti, Astakas, Nitya Niyamas, hymns of Lord's idol and his Lila Charitras etc. With a
view to helping out students studying at Gurukul Hostel, some of these gems composed by NAND SAINTS are incorporated in this KIRTANDHARA.
